Welcome to Athena Ever Artistry. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Athena Ever Artistry offers performance coaching, voice and acting sessions, and educational content through live and online formats. All services are educational and not a substitute for licensed mental health or medical treatment.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited session at our discretion.

3. Payments & Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed unless otherwise agreed in writing. In cases of emergency, we may offer rescheduling or credit at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including The Ever Method™, lesson materials, website content, and images—is the property of Athena Ever Artistry and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior. All clients must treat coaches and fellow clients with respect.

6. Limitation of Liability

Athena Ever Artistry is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes resulting from participation in our coaching services. All services are offered “as is.”

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and any disputes will be handled within its jurisdiction.
